Stage 1: you provide payment for stage 1; we provide a manual and portfolio details for you to fill in. The average time it takes to read the manual (over 150 pages), fill in your portfolio details and then proceed to stage 2 is 6 days, though some have proceeded within 2 days.

Stage 2a: when you are ready, you provide payment for stage 2, and you send us the completed details for your portfolio; we arrange a date to meet. The meeting would ordinarily be at Homerton Hospital in London, though we can arrange to come to you (we will charge 40 pence per mile)

Stage 2b: we finish by meeting face-to-face for one-to-two hours, where you receive your certificate and management/leadership portfolio. You will be awarded CPDs for stage 1 (reading and portfolio preparation - 10CPD) and stage 2 (meeting - 2CPD)
